Participant’s self-assessment of knowledge of eight subject matters before and after taking the course on a 10-point Likert scale ranked as follows:

• Change Management: 51% increase in knowledge (from 4.05 to 6.11)
• Cultural Competency: 27% increase in knowledge (from 5.90 to 7.48)
• Discrimination and Harassment: 15% increase in knowledge (from 6.63 to 7.60)
• Effective Communication: 16% increase in knowledge (from 6.89 to 7.37)
• Gender Equity: 23% increase in knowledge (from 5.82 to 7.17)
• Imposter Syndrome: 93% increase in knowledge (from 3.84 to 7.40)
• LGBTQ Issues: 52% increase in knowledge (from 4.63 to 7.02)
• Unconscious Bias: 27% increase in knowledge (from 5.85 to 7.42)
